Wigwam Property Maintenance Business Terms and Conditions

 

The term ‘Wigwam Property Maintenance’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the business whose registered office is

4 Gladstone Mews, The Galleries, Warrington, WA2 7LG.

 

The terms and conditions below become applicable between us and you (the customer) once a contract has been agreed.

 

1. The contract will start between us and you on acceptance of our written quotation.

2. Timescales will be agreed prior to acceptance of the quotation.

3. The cost of a job will be as agreed on the quotation. Any further work to be undertaken will be subject to additional costs.

4. After acceptance of our written quotation, any cancellation of the whole or part of the work will be subject to costs.

5. Any guarantees or warranties must be discussed prior to the issue of the quotation.

6. All commercial customers will be entitled to a 60 day credit period effective from the date of the invoice.

7. All private customers will be entitled to a 30 day credit period effective from the date of the invoice.

8. Any outstanding payments will be subject to an administration fee during the recovery process. 

9. On preparation of the quotation we will endeavour to provide the best solution to any specific problems. However, if any other issues arise which were previously undetected Wigwam Property Maintenance will not be held liable.

10. If any problems arise after work has begun which due to circumstances are beyond our control, any further work will be subject to negotiation and a quotation.

11. We will undertake to do the job to the best of our ability and attempt to resolve any issues which may arise from any works that have been agreed and are under the control of Wigwam Property Maintenance.

12. All work undertaken complies with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
